Mình có quyền đăng sản phẩm hoàn thiện đã đính kèm watermark trên mạng xã hội của mình cho mục đích quàng bá.

MÌNH KHÔNG LÀM VIỆC VỚI TRẺ VỊ THÀNH NIÊN trừ khi có giám hộ.

Sau khi nhận được tranh qua link Google Drive, bạn có 1 tháng để tải file về thiết bị của mình.

Tranh dùng cho mục đích thương mại mình sẽ tính thêm 100% giá.

Vui lòng chuyển khoản 100% sau khi bạn đã nhận đươc sketch.

Sau 3 ngày kể từ ngày gửi sketch, vui lòng bạn hoàn thành giao dịch. Nếu sau 3 ngày mình chưa nhận được tiền, mình sẽ hủy đơn. Nếu bạn có vấn đề với thanh toán, vui lòng nhắn tin trước cho mình để 2 bên cùng giải quyết.

Bạn có 3 lần chỉnh sửa trong giai đoạn sketch. Sau lần sửa thứ 4 mình sẽ bắt đàu tính thêm phí $5/lần sửa.

Những lỗi do phía mình (vd: hiểu sai brief, sai chi tiết) sẽ không bị tính thêm phụ phí.

Mình sẽ KHÔNG chỉnh sửa những chi tiết quan trọng trong giai đoạn final (pose, background, lighting). Nếu bạn muốn sửa những chi tiết trên mình xin phép tính thêm 100% giá comm.

Thời gian hoàn thiện tranh kéo dài từ 1 tuần đến 1 tháng. Nếu có trục trặc gì từ phía mình, mình sẽ nhắn tin báo trước.

Mình KHÔNG nhận deadline gấp.

Bạn có quyền đăng tải tranh comm kèm credit artist lên các nền tàng mạng xã hội hoặc website cá nhân.

Các hành vi thương mại hóa (vd: bán lại, đăng lên các website P.O.D, in merch bán,...) mà không có sự cho phép của mình sẽ bị nghiêm cấm hoàn toàn. Tranh sử dụng cho mục đích cá nhân được cho phép.

Bạn KHÔNG được chỉnh sửa, vẽ đè lên tranh comm nếu không có ý kiến của mình.

Nếu bạn muốn private comm, mình sẽ tính thêm 50% phí tranh.

Bạn sẽ không được hoàn tiền trong giai đoạn mình hoàn thiện tranh. Nếu bạn muốn hoàn tiền trong khoảng giai đoạn này, mình sẽ giữ lại 25% tiền comm.

Nếu bạn hủy đơn trước khi mình gửi sketch, bạn được hoàn tiền 100%.

I have the right to decline requests that I find uncomfortable/unable to do.

I have the right to post the finished drawing with watermarks on my social media for advertising purpose.

Minors DNI. I will not accept commission from minors unless supervised by guardians.

After I've sent you the Google Drive link to your commission, make sure to download the piece(s) down within a month.

Commission pieces used for commercializing purposes will be doubled the price.

Please pay 100% upfront after receiving the rough sketches.

Please give feedbacks and finish your payments within 3 days after receiving the sketches. If no payment is made after the given time, I will have to cancel your order. If you have trouble with payment, please contact me ASAP and let me know beforehand.

You get 3 rounds of any major changes during the sketching phase. After the 4th round you will be charged $5/each.

Any mistake made on my behalf (e.g: misread description, wrong details) will not be charged extra fees.

I will NOT do any major changes during the rendering phase (the pose, background, lighting, etc. But if you seriously need to, I will have to charge you full price.

Expect a delivery date within a month. I will notify you if there's any issue occurs.

I do NOT accept rush deadline.

You have the right to upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media with credits.

Any act of commercialization (e.g: reselling, uploading to P.O.D services, make prints,..) without my notice is extremely prohibited. Personal uses (e.g: prints for personal decoration, pfp,.. ), however, is okay.

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

If you want the artwork to be private, I will charge 50% extra the total price.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the rendering phase. If you request a refund before the rendering phase, I will keep 25% of the total commission price.

If you cancel your order before the sketch approval, you can get a full refund.
